Anyone interested in doing quests?

If there's a good plan, I'm all for it. Meaning, if it involves Salamanders/ravens, we'll figure out how to defeat them first. If we can get the eggs of the latter without fighting, that would be great.
As for the Ishanadzu, we'll only investigate if we can find out what it is.
And, Heroist... After skipping your turn, will you give me your sword? I don't know how much it will be worth yet, but you can probably sell the Teiosian gear if needed.
