I ignore the neutrals and rush to capture a town. Later, I start developing it (building something every day). In the meantime, I go around capturing mines and quarries with Phoenixes, and Valeska runs around collecting resources. After upgrading Knights, Archers, and Vestal Virgins, I go for the fort to my left, then the one to my right and below. As a result, I have a level 3 town, all the upgrades, plus 2 forts and one barracks (the one next to the fort). Since no one is hindering me yet, I go for the first of the 4 towns I need to capture; the difficulty is "minor." I capture it with Phoenixes without any losses. Later, hell begins. (Note that sometimes, even if I don't manage to capture a town, the attack still starts). Malik arrives through a portal with "low" difficulty. I defeat him, losing 2-3 units with the Phoenixes. Immediately, either from below or through the same portal as Malik, Jedid arrives with "deadly" difficulty. I teleport, recalling all my units; as a result, the difficulty is "high." And I've fought him about 200 times now, always losing, even on fast combat. I understand that he's a mage and level 30. He uses Fire Rain - Chain Lightning - Fire Rain, and all my Angels, Messengers, and Griffons die, and he also has a decent army. After that, I thought maybe that's how it's supposed to be, that he's supposed to defeat me. I gave him Valeska and reduced his difficulty to "low." And what happened? He went back to his town in 3 turns and came back with "deadly" difficulty. I also tried staying in my town and not capturing the forts. The result: both of them came immediately. I also defeated Malik, but Jedid had "deadly" difficulty. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. This is the only campaign I can't complete in the entire game.
