RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

there's a skill called "chieftain's command" (for chieftain creatures); I don't know how to handle it – should I give it to the new Orcs or to the Gnoll Shamans and call it "berserker's elixir"? I removed the trinkets from the unupgraded version but kept the rattle; with upgrades, it's the opposite. The next one will wear a mask made from a dragon skull (or maybe a human skull?) with black fur and hold a flask in its hand (it will be smoking).
