My utopia.

The most challenging aspect of the poll is aligning the descriptions with the in-game situations where these features are actually granted to nations (for example, there are exceptions, although the discrepancy isn't significant). Another question is how accurate these descriptions are in real life (for instance, the description of the Scandinavian system seems rather odd; I can't say that it has a weak economy).
But overall, that's how it is. The descriptions are generally quite vague, so I voted for all the systems within which, in modern realities and from my perspective, it's possible to build something reasonably coherent.
