Post-tournament analysis and discussion of the CIS Tournament Regulations.

And yes, I also tried organizing a tournament and helped with work on the forum, and I wasn't paid for it, so maybe it's all about interest.

In which city did this epic event take place? Or are you talking about online battles? Are you ready to take on organizing the CIS-2017 tournament? Or CIS-2018? And at a high level. At the same time, a clear distinction must be made between an online computer game championship and an offline championship. Because offline, you will have to deal with many times more headaches than in a standard online tournament.
I'm asking again - Are you ready to take on the organization and conduct a worthy CIS tournament for Heroes OFFLINE? Because otherwise, it's just ordinary demagoguery, which has nothing to do with reality.
