In my opinion, it’s better to focus on hero-related trivia rather than general knowledge, excluding, of course, questions like naming 104 elements from the periodic table or all European countries.

Did anyone ask to name all the elements or all the countries? The auction format is simple: whoever gives the last correct answer to multiple-choice questions advances to the final round. And that’s why the questions should be as diverse as possible, including questions about things that every schoolchild should theoretically know. And this leads to the conclusion that those who respond negatively simply have unpleasant memories of school, or they didn’t study very well. Because the periodic table or European countries and their capitals are, in fact, common knowledge. It’s general erudition because everyone learned it in school. Or do you think that everyone else is so stupid that they don’t know the periodic table? So, we also checked that.
And whether to include or not include – that’s exactly what the question is.
And one more thing. Regarding Brain Ring and any similar format. Coming up with one interesting question takes time. Some questions took up to half an hour just to verify. And even then, there were disagreements. But I can confidently say that the final questions were the most interesting, and as a host, I was most interested in the final.
But truly interesting questions about Heroes – no matter what anyone says – are limited in number. Questions like “how much HP does a simple centaur have” are unnecessary and boring in this format.
