Wizard – “The Triumvirate” [Campaign 6, Mission 3]

Godric also annoyed me with his anti-magic in that mission. As for the AI's stupidity, it's in Heroes 7 where it really lacks intelligence. So many patches have been released, but judging by the reviews, the AI is still as dumb as ever.

I was also surprised by King Tolgar of the Dwarves in the last mission of the Lords of the North campaign when I played it last time. I used to easily beat him with Freya, but the last time he completely crushed me. He started casting Armageddon with pyrokinesis every turn, and his troops would equip themselves with the Rune of Elemental Immunity, often gaining fire immunity as well, while his priests and dragons were already immune, and as a result, my troops quickly melted away, while his barely suffered. And if he started casting anti-magic on his troops, he would cast the Rune of Magical Ward on his archers and steal my anti-magic. In the end, it was a failure with Freya, so I had to sacrifice Ilaya's troops, and she scattered them with magic, and at least her black dragons survived. It turned out that the computer was quite skilled, which, unfortunately, doesn't happen very often.
As for the seventh game, I haven't played it yet. But in general, watching other players, it doesn't seem very impressive. I've noticed quite a few similarities with the sixth game, at least in terms of turns.
