Narria doesn't really have a place to stand on the map, and shooting at them from the ground is pointless. Let her shoot the archers on the houses or the Light Cavalry with her bow; how far can she reach? Or maybe she could try to eliminate them in melee combat? That's also an option.
Narria could also try to take down Lance, but I don't really understand what his abilities are. Maybe it's too difficult.
As for Nightmare, yes, he's climbing the ladder to reach Ivor.
