How are contests for the best campaign conducted, when are they held, and where can I find all sorts of conditions, rules, and everything else about this topic?

There weren't any this year because:
1. it's too much work
2. there aren't enough maps, so it doesn't make sense.

How do you set which answer is correct?

The first answer is the correct one. During the game itself, the answers will be randomly shuffled.
