RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

And I keep coming up with half-baked ideas: we could make a gnoll archer instead of a lizard archer. Why is this idea only half-baked? Because lizard archers, a la Heroes of Might and Magic III, are complete nonsense. Their eyes aren't suitable for it, because reptiles' eyes are mostly directed sideways. Gnolls are better in this regard. Or maybe we need a chameleon head?

I'm afraid such a gnoll would turn out too tall.

Couldn't we just change the scale?
