Sacred Haven of Debauchery

For me, with a fully upgraded crossbow in the forge, combined with gear enchanted for ranged attacks, killing dragons and even without Dragonbane is easy.

However, leveling up ranged attacks, the blacksmith, and obtaining the crossbow is a longer process than completing a bit of the main quest and learning a skill ;)
