A temporary amendment has been made to the online game rules on HotA.

In order to prevent abuse of the recently discovered bug with the Watering Hole, certain restrictions have been imposed on visits to this location by the blue player during simultaneous turn gameplay until a bug fix is released. The section on temporary amendments follows after a brief description, before the main part of the rules.
P.S. During Simultaneous Turn (ST), the maximum number of moves for the blue player is incorrectly reset, and +1000 remains for the entire duration of the simultaneous turn, rather than just for the next day.

To avoid lately discovered bug-abuse certain limitations are put on visiting Watering Place by blue player while using simultaneous turns (link above).
P.S. During ST the amount of movepoints doesn't reset correctly for blue player, resulting in permanent +1k boost while ST is active and not just the for the next day.
