This person hasn't been on the list yet, but behind the scenes, among the shadows cast by more prominent figures, he has already done and continues to do so much for the heroes that it's hard to overstate his contribution. I'm talking about Sav. From smaller things, like creating a guard calculator and publicly describing many non-obvious game mechanics, to practically single-handedly writing and maintaining the code for such a massive project as HotA.

To reduce the "I'll vote for a familiar name" factor, I'm nominating Sav instead of myself.

P.S. I would also nominate Docent, but since there is only one laureate, and we are primarily talking about the online community, for which the game mechanics are more important than ultra-high-quality graphics, I will stop at Sav.
