Technical issues and problems with WoGa.

Thanks to everyone, the problem is solved. It turned out to be related to DX 9.0c. There was a file with a DLL on the website, and in the description, it was clearly stated in Russian that it was necessary for playing with DX 9, but I didn't pay attention to it at first. Yesterday, I downloaded and installed it, and now everything works fine.
