How can I change the simultaneous turn mechanics?

It would help me if you could tell me which files/folders are responsible for what, or even the name of this mode in English.

That's what I'm saying because I don't believe it's written anywhere except in the exe file itself. I've never come across anything remotely similar while digging through the game files.
