Is it really that straightforward?

Oh, Dag, I'm not sure. Judging by my calculations, this combination (urban, mental health, ND type -) conveys a fairly good amount of information, even in a general sense. I can say that I'm open to alternative options and will try to come up with something else myself.
For now, I see an alternative as a series: city + ND type U + location, but the latter seems somewhat doubtful.
Or maybe it's a question about a character, but I don't think such questions should be asked at all. The question itself might provide a lot of information, but any such question almost guarantees that no one will be able to decipher it.
