Did he cast his ultimate on Ment? Or is Ment the one who foolishly cast his ultimate on the Neutral Dungeon, which can be blocked?

Howard's Cimmeria, if I'm not mistaken, was located approximately in the area where the Scandinavian Peninsula is drawn on the globe ==> Lofoten Islands ==> Yaschur

I was also thinking about that (although I didn't quite understand why the real Cimmeria is in one place, but the author's version is somehow different), but the transition from Scandinavia to Lofoten is not clear enough; usually, clues are not presented in this way.
