Teleporting to enemy units turned out to be too overpowered.

Remember how the "blindness" spell works.
If a flash blinds, the blindness effect shouldn't wear off after attacking the target.

I think that, considering the overall picture (the balance of power among the schools of magic), "blindness" would be best placed in the "Summoning" school (and renamed to "Visions," for example).
