solmir2003, you don't need to storm this garrison head-on. Spend a turn and a half, send three fast heroes (let's say, Olvin, Haas, and Morgaine) each with seven snakes, and eliminate about half of the dragon troops. And after that, you can take the garrison without worrying about significant losses.
