Sylvan elves

Using magic to speed things up is nonsense. You can't revive a planet with magic, no matter how much you want to. And 10 million years is unlikely to be enough. If you wait that long, there will be new species and new civilizations, and so on. The surviving races wouldn't have survived because the Reckoning struck the dungeons, the land, and the sky. We need to come up with something more elaborate.
