Balance in Heroes 5.

Humans are a strong race primarily because of their units. The hero, to put it mildly, isn't that great. But... Humans have training, they have better heroes like Axel and Iris,....they have Paladins and Archangels, damn it, some of the best for their level (and the Arbalesters).
I'm not saying that Humans are the STRONGEST (although I sincerely believe so):rolleyes:

There is an imbalance in the heroes. And it's quite significant. But not in the weakness of Humans, but rather in the weakness of Necropolis, and Inferno is a bit lacking.

Just look at the unit prices.
Emerald Dragons and Archdevils (Archdevils, by the way, are UNACCEPTABLY weak) are noticeably more expensive than the Black Dragon itself!

I've played as Humans and never lost with them. I've even heard that one player won against Gnomes using Heaven, and this happened in version 2.1 with reduced training. This was all said to comfort you.:D
I'll repeat once again that a race that has nothing to do with strong magic cannot be strong. Since it can't counter the Phoenix, it can only attack it with its units, while we can summon it again.:D There are also many terrible spells like Dominate, Berserk, Weakness, etc.
And regarding the weakness of Necropolis, we have a whole crowd of people playing Heroes here, so let's ask them which is weaker, Necropolis or Heaven.:D
I understand that Heaven is your favorite race and you're defending it, but I feel the same way about Necropolis. This is an eternal and unresolved dispute between DEATH and LIFE. :smile24: :smile24: :smile24:
I wanted to add about the strength of Gnomes, that the race isn't that strong after all. Since it can be won against with Heaven, it can be won with anything. So, the cheating runes won't help the Gnomes! Let's see what Nival has come up with for the Orcs.:smile25:
Regarding the balance, I wanted to say that it's generally average, and Inferno is indeed underperforming, but they have Gating and Pit Lords that can destroy the Phoenix, and that's the only thing that saves them for now.:smile10:
