Any recruitment of neutral creatures is prohibited; as an exception, recruited creatures can be sacrificed into a pit or sold at the market.

Do the remaining goblin traitors count?
Those don't count; you can do whatever you want with them. They're free units, after all :)
I'm talking about monsters that spawn on the map due to weekly growth (like a week for archers, dragons...). Sometimes they're scared of a large army and want to join.
