NTBF – New buildings for the towns in Tribes of the East 3.1.

I predict that no one will build the Eye of the Abyss in multiplayer (although it depends on the cost, I haven't checked. But it's unlikely). And everyone will build it in single-player, of course, using the save-build-load method. The idea is good, but even for the not-so-strong Inferno faction, city portals like those in Heroes of Might and Magic III would be better.
