Need a new host with a long storage period!
yandex disk -- they don't seem to delete files at all.
google disk -- apparently, it's the same.
In the worst case, you can try to contact the Creator and add the file to the HW file archive (and update it periodically). The file is large, of course, but since it's for the community, the Creator will probably not object.
