Gosha and Tant from the first week. Scout secondary skills. Managed to take an external dwelling of Necro horses in the treasure zone on the first week. On the next day the second one was taken too.
8 horses on the second week were carrying decently. Visible evidence gathered quickly. By the end of the second week, with Necro meat from Pandora's boxes, Tant takes the first Dragon Utopia.
On the 3rd, the swamp treasure zone was cleared with 3 Dragon Utopias and a bunch of Hives. Monia was presumably busy with the same.
By the 4th, 70+ dragons were gathered, 700 skeletons, a Town Portal and Fly scroll were found. The GM gave the same spells.
Just managed to gather and convert 600+ skeletons from all villages when Monia burst in. Stat-wise there was an advantage, but in terms of meat I had an order of magnitude more. In the end, it came down to roughly 1.5k ghoul skeletons under Gosha with +4 speed on Necro ground, 24 Necro horses, a stack of dragons, and the rest of the little stuff. Under the red orb, the speed bonuses came in perfectly. The pack of archers and shooters with the Sniper's Bow couldn't hold.
