Troop experience. Is it necessary or not?

Now, as for troop experience, it's not a mandatory feature at all. It changes the balance of power quite significantly. Personally, in principle, I'm for it, but I wouldn't add it to SoD. Let those be features of mods like VT, along with other perks. Otherwise, one could actually slap a bunch of things into SoD and eventually end up with VT. And that is not necessary.
