Resolution in the Security Council regarding the need for a change of power in the Free Republic of Champignon. The Republic states that if the Security Council supports war, the Champignons will be forced to respond in kind. The resolution is adopted.
Political crisis in the country: the vast majority of parliamentarians and ministers are found dead, and the rest are missing.
Introduction of allied Kitty Pink troops into the Republic, with the direct participation of Roger Singleton. Most of the Republic's troops come under the command of Singleton, former Minister of Foreign Mushroom Affairs. However, some generals resign. Having gained military strength, Roger declares himself President of the Free Republic.
After Roger Singleton comes to power, the Constitution of the country changes. Parliamentary democracy becomes presidential, with fairly significant presidential powers, a long presidential term, and the possibility of being re-elected an unlimited number of times.
Patrick Bezukhov (brother of footballer Pierre Bezukhov), as one of the mushroom officers, declares Roger Singleton a criminal and refuses to obey his orders. Change of political system in Rex Ventorum: the fall of the criminal Ventorum regime, which attempted to attack the Champignons and regularly sent its spies into the country along with terrorists, is announced. Roger Singleton expresses hope that the criminals at the helm of Rex Ventorum will never return to power and will receive just punishment. Rumors are circulating in the country that the change of political regime in Rex Ventorum and the emergence of the Empire is the result of the actions of brave mushroom intelligence agents under the personal leadership of Roger Singleton.
In connection with the improvement of internal and external political situation, Roger Singleton gave the Kitty Pink troops "the green light" to return home. The Free Republic of Champignon approves the entry of the Rex Ventorum Empire into the RPA.
Roger Singleton welcomes the Security Council's decision to include all countries of Actea without exception, which means including the Champignons as well. R. Singleton also stated that "the Actea Security Council, organized some time ago by the Free Republic of Champignon, has completely lost its relevance and should be immediately disbanded."
New: In connection with joining the Security Council, the Free Republic of Champignon pledged to comply with its resolutions.
