Good and evil.

Thank you for sharing your opinion! But I asked this specific question for a reason...
It's not as simple as it seems at first glance, and the answer is obvious to me. Since we're talking about Good and Evil, and about War as an embodiment of these concepts, I'd like to hear what you think about war from the perspective of human understanding of Good and Evil...
As long as humanity has existed, people have been at war. And if war were Absolute Evil, people would have either abandoned it or gone extinct (it seems Kennedy said, "Either we will end war, or war will end us!").
And the argument about fighting for one's country is also very interesting! Leaders accuse other countries and peoples of all mortal sins, appeal to patriots, and start wars (it seems Frederick the Great once noted: "If our soldiers knew the truth – why all wars are fought – there would be no one to send into battle"). It has always been this way, and there are probably very few exceptions. The Crusaders carried their faith on the tips of their spears, and missionaries spread Christianity not only with the holy word! A very telling phrase is: "If God is with us, then who is against us?" (By the way, Reagan, it seems, called us the Empire of Evil – so does that mean the USA is the Empire of Good?).
