Regarding the series of issues. After I provided humanitarian aid to Brazilians who were suffering due to my sanctions and didn't ask for anything in return, it turned out that there was corruption there, and all my aid was going nowhere. Three options are proposed: the first is to send in peacekeepers to monitor the distribution of aid (which is the option I chose). The other two are to stop providing aid. However, for different reasons, the first is "let them suffer, enough of wasting money." The second is Darwinism, natural selection, the strongest survives, these savages were doomed from the beginning, a dead-end branch of evolution.
