After the sanctions were imposed, they wrote that Brazilians are dying of hunger... Hmm, not quite what I expected.
Now I have a dilemma – should I help them immediately or force them to surrender first? The latter seems more logical.

I'll try a peaceful approach; I'm even curious to see what happens next. It looks silly, but what if it works? Pacifist options haven't been so bad so far.
