By the way, about the fly agarics... does the fact that it says 1-2 actions mean that the mushrooms can add another 1 damage with some probability?
Or is it for the case of a roll with multiple actions during the night?

This needs to be clarified better. However... I actually have a slight suspicion that this isn't quite right in the newspaper. Falmer is a detrimental role. There are clearly 2 out of 3 detrimental damage types, and another 1 is so-so (but more likely detrimental). And it can easily kill someone. Maybe Falmer stayed home that night to avoid taking risks?
The same logic, of course, applies to Alira. However, she can still apply some kind of healing, but for many reasons, it's not healing in our case.
In general, I think we need to look for other options. It doesn't add up
