Guys, for those who aren't completely out of it, what do you think, is the newspaper hinting at goblin mushrooms or the potion from the witch?

Not goblin, Falmer. Probably... I'd say it looks more like mushrooms, because the potion would lead to more passive actions. And Snowman's observation is correct.
