"only XL-2"

We started with almost no restarts. A Stables is visible, a Necromancer is in the Tavern, there's plenty of wood and a fair amount of gold too. I lit a Griffin Conservatory, another Necromancer shows up, I recruit him, then another Necromancer. I went to an adjacent zone, there's a +5 Necromancy artifact and a +1 HP ring, and right next to the passage there's an experience stone — awesome! I leveled up 2 of the 3 Necromancers and started scouting. The 2nd one got Earth magic, but there's no Slow anywhere (so I played without it until day 141). The horses are in the Citadel. On day 121, I took a couple of Dragon Fly Hives, got the Cape of Speed (+2 Speed), but lost a horse. I lit another Griffin Conservatory and a respawn Dragon Fly Hive, decided to go for a turnaround. On day 124, I stepped on a Griffin Conservatory — it turned out to be a double. Then I picked up the Dragon Fly Hive and a 2nd Griffin Conservatory (3rd one). Found a Flask (+2 HP) there too. On day 125, I went into a Dragon Utopia, we ate the meat, and there were 3 Angels — they gave junk and КВ. Well, the Necromancer-Mages started carrying then. I took a few more Dragon Utopias in a treasure zone for stats, opened several central zones and the opponent's quadrant, then started slowly waiting while scouting for the opponent to show up. On day 142, I see Tazar jumping into the treasure zone, but all my backup castles are being captured by the computer, and I can't pin him down. Had to let him go and wait. I saw Tazar again a couple of days later and pinned him — ate half his army, and Tazar bought himself out. Then I continued scouting. On day 211, the opponent writes ГГ.
