By the way, regarding the voting... I believe it is extremely important for Mage Guilds to periodically post vote statistics and, if someone's vote is not counted for any reason, to notify them about it. On another forum, there was a very unpleasant incident where a player voted incorrectly; the GM did not count the vote and issued a modkill for two non-votes (the turn had ended and nothing could be changed anymore).
