Mafia: general discussions.

Well, I would say it again. If you're going to have discussions at night, it's better not to limit them beyond the usual rules. The only caveat: adjust the balance in favor of the Mafia. That's it; you can talk freely. At the same time, there isn't really a pressing need for these discussions: you can check in once, when you're sending a Night Defense, see what the smart people are writing, and leave. You don't need to vote anyway, so there's essentially no loading time.
