Which boots are better, red or green?

"Boots of the Open Road" vs. "Traveler's Boots," or something like that? Well, the first ones remove the terrain penalty. That is, it's like "finding the path," only better. The second ones increase movement range. I would say that the first ones are better in most cases. Especially if you're moving through snow and the like. The second ones are better if you're running on roads where... the terrain penalties are small or non-existent.
