What would you change in Heroes of Might and Magic IV?

some creatures respond to the attack even before the enemy has attacked

Everything was done a long time ago...

this is an addition to Heroes 3, but I would like them to work on Heroes 4 because I'm already tired of 3 and I think it will be a long wait for Heroes 7
