For example, this: the Mafia killed/infected an infected player, unsuccessfully. Plus, two non-displayed actions were performed – a check and a redirect. This is a quite plausible scenario, although personally, I don't think it's the most likely. As for who could have been blocked from the town, there are many possibilities.
