There's no corpse or evidence yet, but the deed is done, and sometimes that's beneficial. But if the nickname were displayed, what would be the point? Because then the doctor would visit the infected player on the next night and cure them. At least in other mafia games, the nickname was displayed at the moment the player died, not when they were infected. So, I think it's the same here. But we'll find out soon.
