Zephyr returned too late; the army of creatures was already visible on the horizon: several hundred soldiers and a dozen cannons. - Well, this is a problem, - murmured Sophronaios, spotting the equipment. Using his knowledge of air magic, he tried to disable as many cannons as he could.
20% x 2 (from the leader) of the cannons (4 cannons) were disabled by a sonic blast.
He gathered as much explosives as he could, left the tent, and ran to blow up the cannons, taking advantage of the chaos.
The gunners were preparing to fire. They were all having problems with the mage's sonic wave, so they didn't pay attention to the goblin running up with explosives. The goblin, however, realized that he had no idea how to detonate the explosives: he didn't know how to use fuses or detonators.
