The general turned away from Gabriel and, with a firm stride, headed towards the command tent, where a goblin and a human were peacefully conversing.
"What's going on here?" the general asked. "Oh, never mind! Berengar, prepare the troops! We're leaving immediately. We can't just stand here and wait for these fools to test their weapons. Either now or never."
"General, are you sure?"
"Absolutely. Carry out the orders."
At that moment, another tremor shook the island.
"Carry out the orders," the general repeated.

"And that's why you wanted to see the site of the last ship's crash?"
"Exactly. I have a rough idea of what the expedition ship should look like, and I need to figure out if they actually landed on the island or changed course. Then I'll start looking for the crew itself."
