In reality, the situation is not pretty and not easy for the judges to resolve (it's not as simple as many think). Essentially, each person is right in their own way: one spoke without knowing the rules, and the other agreed without knowing the rules. In fact, neither of them knew the rules, but the save files have been examined, which means the game is over. Ideally, the game should be replayed (that would be the fairest outcome, in my opinion).
