When he fight with computer, which has hero not in town with 7 slots army+ 1 slot(zombie) in town, he used armageddon and fire elementals and won a battle but he didnt take a town because of this extra slot of zombies

If you only have summoned units left you dont win the battle, so even if the town was empty after the battle he wouldnt get it.
