We played a random game with one restart. I got the Citadel three times. In the first game, I improved a bit, scouted the map – Black Knights and Chaos Hydras were there. I got destroyed, then I took a small group of Bears in another part of the map. I kept the Bears in the castle and got the missing crystals for them with my hero on the last few moves. In the second game, I took another small group of Bears, 3 Constructs for 5 Angels, and then I took a Tier 3 Utopia. Luckily, the stats were good. We killed everything and still had 2 Bears and 2 Angels left, plus a stack of Orcs. We got a Necklace +3 and Chainmail +4 +4. I also had trouble getting the crystals to upgrade the Bears. Along the way, I collected 4 Hive units, cleared 2 Guard Towers on turn 125, and replenished mana in the center. Then I took the Book of Air and added damage to the Utopia. My opponent already took it. I managed to reach their main city while rushing, but they moved away on their first turn. Then my opponent attacked. They had a decent army, but my stats were higher. I was afraid they had Mass Haste and Mass Slow, so I used Mass Slow. My opponent used a simple Haste on their Wyvern. In the end, I won.
Thanks for the game!
I confirm. Fire at 4 and 8 and no stat boosters made things hard. I had a big army but lost too much, and the stats were too low for Fortress. I made a couple of mistakes as well. Thanks for playing.
