Crash, there's something wrong with the sound. Of course, I suspect it's my system. This happens to me once a month.

The only way to completely eliminate this crash is to play with the in-game sound turned off, i.e., you need to move the sound sliders to the minimum in the game settings.
Unfortunately, there's no other way for now. Old software (Heroes sound libraries) conflicts with new hardware.
