The main spawn point had a hidden stash of horses and 2 dwellings of archers. Everything was fine, except that the secondary and explored treasure were penalized, and I couldn't find any slowing spells anywhere. The opponent came through the off-road path to my secondary hero and was met with a superior army.

I confirm. I had 2 hidden stashes of gnolls at my spawn point... and that's it. I went into the dungeon, and there were just a lot of Rampart towers. I got so carried away with increasing my defense that I lost momentum. I should have rushed through the Great Orm (centaurs) to the opponent's side on the first week and caught them off guard, especially since I had already built monarchs. But instead, he captured his super-stashes, and the army advantage decided the outcome... Thanks for the game!!!
