Really? I didn't hear any calls to create a parliamentary republic at the last gathering.

Then Ikhtiandr: Arestovich is a clown-theorist; he came up with the Ocean system, which is fundamentally unviable, and reality will shatter all his theoretical constructs. I listened to 2 of his interviews, and the only sensible thing I heard was that different regions of Ukraine have different characteristics. But that's something everyone already knows. And everything else in his reasoning is just psychobabble.
