A few words about the situation in the ColdRain vs Heroin_HP match.

The Arbitration Committee (AK) has already made a decision, or rather, there is no decision and there cannot be one.
To recap, the essence of the claims is 6 Rampart factions in 7 random generations. According to probability theory, this event has a low probability, so ColdRain concluded that the event is impossible.

1. Applying probability theory to a single case is inappropriate. Sufficient statistics must be collected to draw any conclusions.
Therefore, the accusations were not accepted for review.
2. The accusing party cannot confirm the initial statement (6 Rampart factions in 7 generations) (there are no saves). According to our rules:

If, for any reason, the saves are missing, then the referee/judge/AK will base their decision on the saves provided by the opponent. Claims against the opponent and the judges will not be accepted in such a case.

Heroin_HP provided the generations. The situation is different there - 5 Rampart factions in 7 cases.
That is, the facts stated by the accusing party are not confirmed, and moreover, they are refuted.

The AK warns that accusations of unfair play must be documented.
If there are suspicions of unfair play, it is necessary to contact personally any judge from the AK, and not to create a scandal on the forum.

ColdRain receives a warning about the unacceptability of such behavior. A repeat offense will result in punishment.

Next, the question of a replacement.

The StrafBat team requests a replacement of a Tier 2 player.

And I, as a player, believe that such behavior from the captain is unacceptable towards the team members. And I request a replacement of the captain.

According to the tournament regulations, the captain and team members cannot change teams (this could only be done during the transfer period). This is a logical requirement. In any Competitive event, an athlete cannot compete for, for example, Germany for half the tournament and then switch to the French team.
Therefore, either the team will continue to play the tournament with this lineup, or any of the team members can leave the tournament completely, and then a replacement will be made.
