INSTALLATION Simply copy the H5_AIadv_311.exe file to the game folder, which by default is Files / Ubisoft / Heroes of Might and Magic V - Tribes of the East / Bin.
Mine is C:\Program Files (x86)\Heroes 5 - Tribes Of The East\bin Run the game by double-clicking the newly copied file. Make sure not to rename the H5_Game.exe file. There are differences between some DLL libraries used in the original release and the mod, and the Windows XP file image loader is known to cause unstable program operation if it is in the DLL metadata cache. You can recognize that you are running the A.I. mod by the version string on the startup screen, which reads 3.1 A.I. mod and has a minimized progress bar that appears at the bottom of the screen. This version is not compatible with game version 3.0. Additional maps The A.I. mod includes three new maps (Ice Defense, Island Bunkers and My Home My Fortress), which are designed as a challenge for veteran players. To install the maps, copy the *.h5m files to the maps folder, which by default is Program Files / Ubisoft / Heroes of Might and Magic V - Tribes of the East / Maps. The new maps will be available the next time you start the game. Please note "Show random maps" if the maps do not appear.
