We've already discussed 100 times that the bugged passage to an ally can be freely used. But the bugged passage to an opponent can only be used after breaking their Guard of Magic and your own.

You can pass from your zone to an ally's zone in any way (bugged passage, flight, Dimension Door, Teleport). But you can't fly or use Dimension Door to an ally's zone from the third zone if their Guard of Magic hasn't been broken.
